March 15, 2022 - not making coffee, only offering complimentary black coffee tastings. Masks required (per the door) although i was not told i needed one when i entered. If you want espresso, go somewhere else and don't waste your time driving out here.

They messed up the shipping on my order and then wanted me to pay to reship my order. This is the second time I have ordered from them and it took a month for me to receive my first order. And now they messed this order up and taken 5 days to return a call. Poe poor customer service. Their loss I won’t purchase anything from this company again

I just wanted to tell you that I am a solely a cold brew coffee drinker and I have tried many different cold brew coffees and that I found a bag of your cold brew jet fuel at my H‑E‑B store here in Rockport, TX and decided I would try it. I used to use Starbucks cold brew packs but they discontinued them and would get cold brew coffees from our local coffee shop sometimes as we don't have a Starbucks here and closest one is 25 minutes away. So when I found out that I could no longer get Starbucks and make my own cold brew at home I was at a loss of what I could do. And I didn't want to buy a coffee every day from our local shop. When I saw your bag of coffee I prayed it would be good because I love making my own cold brew at home. I tried it and WOW! Better than Starbucks... better than any cold brew I have ever had!! I am hooked for life!! So please never stop making or selling your cold brew jet fuel or I will be the most upset woman in the whole world! I am so happy I took a chance and tried it because I never knew cold brew could be any better than any cold brew I had in the past and I tell everyone to try it! I don't drink hot coffee because of the higher acidity and heart burn issues but I tell everyone I know... just buy that brand because if their cold brew is off the charts number one in my book... than I'm sure all of their coffee is amazing and they have told me it is! So keep on making your brand of coffee please so everyone in the world can keep on brewing and I'm enjoying the best coffee in the world. Starbucks ain't got nothin on y'all! And trust me I have been a Starbucks lover for about 25 years and I never thought I would taste another coffee and say wow that's better than Starbucks... but after trying your cold brew... I've been drinking Independence Coffee for years, and now that I'm living in Brenham I'm excited to be right down the street from them. I've swung through to pick up a cup a few mornings and it's always hot and perfectly brewed. Jet Fuel is my favorite, and also Laughing Donkey does the trick. Honestly, all of it is good. Can't wait to get to see the operational side of things (I'm nerdy like that).
Hands down best coffee I have had. I have purchased high end coffee from companies and tasted all over the world and this is hands down one of my all time favorites. I found them from a friend of mine posting about it so I tried it and have been purchasing bags ever since. Highly recommend! Thanks you for putting out a great product at a good price! So....I recently tried the Madeline’s Pecan blend at a friend’s house and it was hands down ...amazing. It probably isn’t something I could see myself drinking on a daily basis, but I’ll definitely have some in stock at all times. With that said....
