Staff completely ignore customers when they walk in. I ordered online ahead of time and still had to wait almost 30 minutes after the requested time for my order. Not to mention, I saw a girl taking an order and cashing out a customer with cheese in her hand. Very gross.

Wasn't greeted for several minutes, asked for the lunch special deal and was rudely told they only sell that between 12 and 2. Offered to buy just the personal pan pizza at a different price, and was VERY rudely told they can't even make that item after 2pm. I tried to tell her that other locations can make that particular item all day and I've never been refused service like this at the other stores.Will not be going back to this location. Even though it's the closest one to where I live (30 minutes vs 45 minutes) the sheer rudeness of that employee attitude and the overall feeling that I was a burden to them just for walking in the door makes me never want to return.

I am so upset with my experience at this place tonight. I ordered 3 large REGULAR pepperoni pizzas which would have taken my order to a price of 22.03 with tax. But instead I was charged $26 because they automatically put extra most best pepperoni when I asked for 3 regular pepperoni. I am a mom of 6 so those extra dollars count. All good, but there wasn't extra pepperoni on the pizza at all. Then when we come to pick up, we were the only people in there, and told with the managers finger to hold on multiple times, then when the "manager" came to the register she just looks at me doesn't ask how can I help you? I wasn't taught to be that rude in customer service. She was texting on her phone while talking to me and taking my money and when I called to ask about all these things she said well it was my manager I was talking to so it's ok. I am so dissapointed with the service I received at this location. If that's your manager, I feel sorry for the employees. I don't usually leave reviews but this one needed to be said.

We usually go here quite a bit since my kids love pizza. Like twice a week! But one day on I came inside August 23rd around 8pm , I don’t know his name but he was a skinny Mexican guy asked how can he help me and when I went to make my order another customer who already had his pizza decided to start asking for dipping sauce I guess and the employee that was helping me put his finger up at me and told me hush so he could answer the other customer ?. Not only was that very rude but like I said WE GIVE THEM BUSINESS EVERY WEEK!! Needless to say we won’t come back and spend another dime there. Treat everyone equally with RESPECT.
