My wife and I live in Ar and was visiting our son in Hockley. We ate lunch at Lone star 11-30-24. The food and service was amazing. We will be back to visit our son again soon, We will be back to eat.
Truly a "lone star grill". We stopped at this place on our way home from Austin to Houston. I must admit, however the the "Texas sized" chicken fried steak was a few ounces smaller than other small sized chicken fried steaks I've had. But that's really a petty complaint 😅
Prices are pretty good, mac n cheese was nice and gooey, mashed potatoes was nice and smooth. Definitely stop here while you're traveling.

Food was good service sucked and when u ordered a beverage you got a cup of ice and no beverage I would recommend there food but not there service and are waitress was kinda rude and it seemed like it was kids running the place not good
