Their food has very little flavoring. I asked the waiter if I could substitute charro beans instead of refried and he said they didn't have. Then, I saw customers receiving bowls of charro beans. I hesitate to go back to bland Mexican food for over $20 and served unhealthy refied beans.
I had a meal with 3 cheese enchiladas which is typically how I judge a Mexican restaurant with 5 stars being the best cheese enchilada I've ever had. The Los Cabos cheese enchilada was not the best I've ever had but they were good. I'd have them again if the opportunity arose. Some places have a red sauce that tastes off or a weird mix of cheeses.
