I don't throw the word discrimination around lightly or often but this is exactly how I felt at this place. After ordering our drinks we were told that their policy is to "get a card on file if you're sitting outside" even though we were sitting down for a full meal. I have never been required to, essentially, prove we can pay for a meal before service was rendered and this felt incredibly degrading. The drinks always look so good. What’s it like to actually get served at the bar vs. sitting for 40 minutes watching everyone else get served? I really want to like this place but it’s so hit and miss with service.
Most definitely the best food I’ve had in Brenham! The Mahi burger is to die for…and the service was great as well.
