Table for 4, and immediately was waited on. It was Saturday night, about 6:30... Happy chatter going on. We so enjoyed being there. Our first time, and not our last. The Chile Rellenos were fabulous, bot cheese and meat... This is going to be our go to place!!!!! Heartfelt thanks to everyone there!
We're a vegan family newer to Brenham and have slowly tried out restaurants here since it's not so easy to eat places. I was happy to see a vegetable fajita plate, and they were very good. I was not sure about the rice but both the refried and charro beans are definitely not vegan, but you might be able to ask for them to be prepared that way. I ate the rice and vegetables, along with the guacamole, and that was enough for me. The rice was very mediocre and could use...
This is a great Tex-Mex place.
The salsa wasn't hot enough for me, but I eat really hot stuff. I got the Cowboy Enchiladas; beef enchiladas with chili con carne, cheese, and 2 fried eggs on top. I've never tried eggs on enchiladas, but it worked for me. The beans and rice were good. My wife got a cheese enchilada plate. She really like that they use real cheddar. My son got beef fajita enchiladas with queso on top. They both really enjoyed their meals.
