Pizza is usually good here, but the delivery is rough. Id just go in and get it. I called since they forgot my wings, and after 30 minutes I called and they were just pulling them out of the oven. Just wish they delivered it all at once. Also too expensive for what it is.
Edit: this place has gotten so much worse. Was told my pizza would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. I got there and was told it hadn't even been put in the oven yet and it'd be 15 more minutes. Long wait for mediocre pizza.

The personal pan pizza is the best in Brenham, Texas. The quality of the sausage they use really stands out compared to other places in town, making Pizza Hut the top choice every time. Please don’t change it—you're way ahead of the competition!

Ordered carry-out twice from here and have had to wait 10 minutes because pizza hasn't been ready at the stated time. I can understand if a place is busy and I have to wait but why have a system which gives a time the order will be ready if you can't accurately estimate it

Delivery was 1 hour later than estimated. (Took 1 1/2 hours to get food) No apology for the late delivery from person on the phone when I checked on the status or the driver (I get it places get busy but still say something) Wings were wrong flavor, called and got a credit because I didn't want to wait another hour and half. Then opened two liter and it promptly shot everywhere like it was shook up. Pizza box was smashed in. Not sure what else they could have messed up. Had to double check that I didn't forget to tip or something, naw had a sizable tip on there. Not using that credit for another year at least when they have their stuff together.

We ordered dinner from the Brenham Pizza Hut tonight and not only did we get only half of our order when they remade the missing food this is what they sent us !! We will NEVER order from this location again and not to mention the Manager is useless. Everything has been reported to their corporate office !! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!

My last pizza wasn’t appetizing at all. Pizza had an old taste and it was very very dry. Pizza Hut asked for a review and I was very honest in my review. Someone by the name of Kayla emailed me and stated I would receive a call to place a credit or refund to my account. 12 days ago and still nothing. I reached out and no response from Kayla. Their website also claimed I would receive a free pizza but the offer was never sent to my e-mail address. Tired of the Pizza Hut here so I decided to use my points and now we are done. Price is too high for the quality of pizza I received. Time to look for another pizza franchise here in Brenham.

The pizza was horrible. Very dry and not of good taste. Brenham location isn’t good at all.
Every time I order food I never get any of my packages when it comes to my cheese or my peppers flakes I even call ahead while placing my order and ask for it and I still don't get it then I wait for it to come back and be dropped off again and it never comes again I should just order from Domino's right pizza hut just now sucks

This location and the manager saved my corporate meeting today after cancelled catering from another company, I put in a VERY large order of personal pan pizzas and they made it happen with only an hour’s notice. She was awesome about communication and came through right on time! I will be ordering from them again! Thank you to the team that was working today 8/7/24 all of you are very much appreciated!

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza place out of all of them. Not the case here in Brenham. It it at the very bottom. Poor customer service and most of all, when they make their pizzas…they just don’t give a damn about what it looks like or tastes like. Management has been extremely rude on several occasions. I’m done with Pizza Hut in Brenham. I will just have to enjoy my Pizza Hut pizzas when I visit other places.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility at the front door. Like I said though, piss poor management and awful food with total disregard for their customers at this location.
