My last pizza wasn’t appetizing at all. Pizza had an old taste and it was very very dry. Pizza Hut asked for a review and I was very honest in my review. Someone by the name of Kayla emailed me and stated I would receive a call to place a credit or refund to my account. 12 days ago and still nothing. I reached out and no response from Kayla. Their website also claimed I would receive a free pizza but the offer was never sent to my e-mail address. Tired of the Pizza Hut here so I decided to use my points and now we are done. Price is too high for the quality of pizza I received. Time to look for another pizza franchise here in Brenham.

Every time I order food I never get any of my packages when it comes to my cheese or my peppers flakes I even call ahead while placing my order and ask for it and I still don't get it then I wait for it to come back and be dropped off again and it never comes again I should just order from Domino's right pizza hut just now sucks

This location and the manager saved my corporate meeting today after cancelled catering from another company, I put in a VERY large order of personal pan pizzas and they made it happen with only an hour’s notice. She was awesome about communication and came through right on time! I will be ordering from them again! Thank you to the team that was working today 8/7/24 all of you are very much appreciated!

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza place out of all of them. Not the case here in Brenham. It it at the very bottom. Poor customer service and most of all, when they make their pizzas…they just don’t give a damn about what it looks like or tastes like. Management has been extremely rude on several occasions. I’m done with Pizza Hut in Brenham. I will just have to enjoy my Pizza Hut pizzas when I visit other places.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility at the front door. Like I said though, piss poor management and awful food with total disregard for their customers at this location.

This is located in an extremely small building, so it lacks the old-school Pizza Hut vibes, but the food is good, and the service was nice. Be careful if you drive a larger vehicle and intend to pick up your food at the drive-thru window. After you pull forward to leave, you are forced to make a sharp left turn where a sign and giant rock is waiting to hit your vehicle. I was lucky enough that there were a few guys in break that directed me on making it out unscathed. As an engineer, I have to say that the drive-thru exit was not designed well. If you drive a larger vehicle park out front and go inside. A few minutes of your time isn't worth damaging your vehicle.
I see they cut back on the toppings already. We were getting good Pizza from there but .....also noticed that the guy making the pizza was using his hands with NO gloves. It might be a long time before I get any from there.
