First couple of times we came here, the food was subpar, and made us terribly sick. After three tries, we gave it up. We just went back for the first time in a long time, and the food was much better, not to mention we were able to hold it down. The staff is always pleasant though, but the last two times we went, the air conditioning was out, and although it was 90 degrees outside, the inside of the restaurant seemed even hotter than outside. Great food. Stopped in on our way back to Navasota. Worth a try. We had tacos consisting of barbacoa , carnitas, and pastor. All were great. Barbacoa feels more original because ya need a little salt. Carnitas and pastor were great. Great portions fyi. Overall, ya gotta try it. I’ll be back for different things.
First time here and honestly I was a little lost. I wanted to sit and eat but no one welcomed me in, and the staff seemed super busy with the drive-thru. I stood at the register not sure if I should just wait or sit down, and meanwhile people walked in after me and got helped before me. Eventually an employee noticed me and told me that dine-in orders are placed at the register. Would’ve been nice to know that right away instead of feeling skipped.
