The Pad Thai great! Do yourself a favor and get side of extra sauce!! The spring rolls are fantastic too! And the lady is very nice. I always tell myself i am going to branch out and get something different, but I cant bring myself to leave without pad thai and spring rolls!
I eat here whenever possible. The green curry with chicken is my absolute favorite. Spring rolls are amazing too. We drove out to the Scarecrow festival just because Thai Cowboy was there and I was craving the green curry! Call in your order about 30 min ahead of time.

Thai cowboy has been consistently delicious. I always order shrimp pad Thai and my husband always ordered shrimp fried rice and were both always very pleased. I would give a 10 if I could. Thai Cowboy is our favorite!!
