The restaurant 16th Street Kitchen - Breakfast & Lunch is a great new place in Bridgeport for breakfast and lunch. It is a smaller restaurant and it is really popular so sometimes there is a wait and parking can be an issue because there are not enough spaces. The space is very clean and the staff is super attentive. The waitress is very nice and the service is very good. Food is fantastic, filling and affordable. The menu has fresh food and the home made ranch is like crack and very addictive. The Green Chilaquiles are a favorite and are so good. The Meat Lovers Skillet with a side order of sausage gravy receives a solid five and the eggs and meat are cooked perfectly. The coffee is bold and wonderful from the first sip. The chicken apple sausage with fresh fruit and two eggs over medium is offered and the banana walnut pancakes are enjoyed with bananas and walnuts. The house potatoes are fresh, crispy and well done. The side of sausage gravy is reasonably priced and shared by guests. Customers say the price is very reasonable and the overall experience is five. The restaurant has become very popular and often gets crowded after arrival. Many recommend the restaurant highly and say it is the best breakfast place Bridgeport really needed. The restaurant is a great find and a favorite diner in Bridgeport. Customers also loves the fresh fruit and the house potatoes.
