Nice place for the kids. Only downside is the bathrooms need to be pressure washed regularly and maintenance like once a day. They have been unusable the two times we have been there. They get pretty gross. Clean safe bathrooms are important. Other than that we love going.
Spent the day with family who was there
We've been coming here for several years and just love it. The campsites are roomy and very clean! The staff are very friendly and it's very family oriented. And the scenery is beautiful!

Powell Park Resort & Marina is a charming destination that offers a relaxing getaway. The restaurant serves a good selection of food, including outstanding dinner and breakfast options. The store carries all you need for food, fishing, supplies, and also serves up great Burgers, Fries, and Crispy Catfish Filets. There are cabins, RV spots, and areas for tents, along with a jumping pad that is unbelievable. Visitors can enjoy a swimming area on the beach, fishing spots, a playground, and a boat ramp nearby. Overall, Powell Park Resort & Marina is a great place to relax, enjoy outdoor activities, and indulge in good food.
