“I recommend you ask for (Gus) as your server at Pearl and Vine as he is the very best! He started out at Tavern on the Green in NYC and worked for 25 years at the local Lynn's steakhouse in Houston. He is ultra knowledgeable and super nice. He only works on Wed, Thurs & Friday but well worth having him as your preferred grand server. Thank you Gus for your stealer service as always kind sir! “I love this place! The ambiance is so nice and not too loud, the wait time was very minimal, our server Kami was amazing! She was very attentive, super sweet and friendly. She checked on us just the right amount of times! Our kids ordered the purple haze, French toast and the farmhouse hash and they loved it. My hubby ordered the works omelette which came with a good amount of protein and topped it with some toast to make sure it was filling! I ordered the special steak hash and it was delicious!
