I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel with extra sauce and I got no egg and no extra sauce. Obviously they dont know how to freaking read. Always check ur food completely before leaving the building!!
Great customer service order in a timely manner
I got some drinks there. Staff was not very friendly at all. The one thing I can't say is the bathrooms are pretty clean most of the time.

The McDonald's on the Lubbock highway and Brownfield in Texas has mixed reviews. Some customers found the place dirty with sticky tables and nasty bathrooms, while others had a positive experience with excellent service. The manager was amazing and a very hard worker, especially when short staffed. Manager Bayla was super nice and remade a complete order. The location has clean bathrooms and quick service. Some booths have basic kid friendly computer games and the family tables had interactive game lights. The local people are really nice.
