First of all, I need to say, that I totally understand being understaffed. It's really hard to serve customers in a timely manner with minimal employees, but I'm not sure we've ever waited quite so long at a Taco Bell. The bathrooms were discussing, the restaurant inside was dirty, we spent over 50$ the food was cold, no management on sight.
Rice was undercooked. They never asked what kind of cantina meal I wanted. Very slow.
