They stole my money and said they couldn’t give me a refund after 10 minutes of waiting.
I asked the lady if I could get a refund and she said she couldn’t because it was already in the system. I literally paid cash, all she had to do was return 13.80 which was what I paid. Then another lady came and I told her I couldn’t wait and she gave me attitude after I told her I wanted a refund. She then told me to wait 2 minutes, and proceeded to make other orders. arrived there, went inside and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to show up at the window. there was no line and called out for assistance. lady showed up with an attitude and took my order. when she brought our snacks she didnt give us enough napkins and only 1 fork (multiple snacks) and she went to the back again. we called for help and she never came back. wont be going back there or recommending that place again.
