Ana's Banana Snack

They stole my money and said they couldn’t give me a refund after 10 minutes of waiting. I asked the lady if I could get a refund and she said she couldn’t because it was already in the system. I literally paid cash, all she had to do was return 13.80 which was what I paid. Then another lady came and I told her I couldn’t wait and she gave me attitude after I told her I wanted a refund. She then told me to wait 2 minutes, and proceeded to make other orders. I got really upset because I literally only ordered 3 lemonades! In the end I just told her to keep the money because I couldn’t wait. And yes I understand it’s just 13.80, but in this economy no one has money to just be throwing around. I’m also more upset at how the whole situation was handled.

Las tostaditas especiales are my go to, great service, if you want the best Mexican snacks this is where you go. The tamarindo raspas are great too. Another thing i love is that they use white corn instead of that overly sweet yellow corn.
Id post photos but i kinda remember to take a picture halfway through my order.

Parking: There is parking and while you wait for your order you can fill your water jug on the wayer refill station at the parking lot

I took my friend and her girlfriend to try out the place, a group of teen boys (grown enough to understand between right and wrong) inside started being weird and made us uncomfortable by taking pictures of them and started laughing at them. It was unfortunate that we experienced this and it was their first time being at this location. Unfortunately the person working there didn’t see anything. Apart from that our order took long to come out and we understand how there was costumers before us. There was only one employee working there which is why it took long; this place atleast should have 2 employees to not have costumers waiting. Overall very disappointing.

I went here with friends and my girlfriend and immediately, a group of teens inside started bothering us by taking pictures of us. It was very uncomfortable and it is unfortunate that none of the store owners saw this and did nothing about it. Very disappointing and a very awful first experience.

Todo esta muy bueno, lo que no me gustó es que exigen cubre bocas al cliente para poder atenderlo. Pero ellos no se lo saben poner bien.
