Nice place and only place I know you can get Korean snow in town. Unfortunately you’re always left with a feeling of disappointment when the staff (not all but most) is annoyed with dealing with customers and questions of their offerings. Great product but with the hit or miss service you may not find yourself becoming a repeat customer. Much luck to the owners.

I just gave one star because when I ordered my smoothie they took a while to give me my order and the lady who was placing my order was coughing, the tables were disgusting, they have no hygiene and I was thinking of working there but they only have a few hours.

This used to be a must-stop place for me everytime I came through Brownsville, unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. I ordered the oreo snow, literally the ONLY thing I have ever gotten there for the past 2 years, about 10 visits. I know it comes with vanilla snow, sweetened condensed milk and oreo crumbles. So when I'm given a bowl with chocolate snow, chocolate syrup and oreo crumbles I politely ask if I can have this remade because its not what I had ordered. She says I must have made a mistake because this is the recipe and this is how it comes? I show her pictures from the last time I was there and ordered the same exact thing but got something completely different. She says she'll talk to the manager, goes, comes back and tells me she can remake it for me but I have to buy another one. Why would I buy something again when you gave me the wrong thing!?!? I finally was able to talk to the manager and she remade my oreo snow after about 20 minutes. But remade it WRONG ??♀️ Are you serious? I showed her pictures of how it typically comes and even told her what ingredients its made with and her remake included vanilla snow, CHOCOLATE SYRUP, oreo crumbles. FR ?... I believe they might be under new management and don't know/changed the old recipes. Regardless, I thought how they handled this was really unproffesional.

Walked in at 9:20 & girls just chit chatting said they were close since 9. Yet the doors were right open unlocked for us to walk right in. When I said but sign on the window, it says OPEN & hours said till 10 she said "oh that sign with those hours has said that forever." ? Then change it!! I also mentioned Google says open till 10 & she said "yea no, we're close." I guess they didn't want to work anymore.

How does Google Map and Store Sign say close at 10. Then when we went in 9:20 they said they closed at 9. Maybe just lazy workers.

I've been here a couple times. It's been borderline dirty, which they don't seem to be overwhelmingly busy to justify that. After the experience I just had confirms the cleanliness is lack thereof. Left with a tea and a FLY in my drink! I did get a refund but just confirms the cleanliness situation.

The bubble tea was OK, but pricey (there's an extra charge if you want boba in it) and the service was slow. We ordered a bubble tea to go and wound up waiting about 20 minutes for it.
Not from around the area but this was worst Boba ever. They took forever to give me one drink. And the tapioca was nasty.

I went there once and the taro milk tea was delicious. At first, I wasn't sure what the cashier was askin g me because it was a nw place I was trying out so I was nervous. She had asked me on the milk snow size I wanted so have that in mind when go order something. Read up online on the menu so you end up looking all confused when you order. ?

Customer service is subpar, and they don't seem concerned to address customer orders. Also, the place could little cleaning to remove the stains.

Upon first contact , cashier was nice. Bought 5 slashes and one mocha frap with what I thought had my beads, well it didn't. Called to complain they refused to make it right. They wanted to give me 90 cents back instead of remaking mine. What a joke. Never go again
