They use chaved ice in their tea so it melts quickly and makes it taste watered-down. They also don't have regular tapioca boba, only popping boba. They charge more than the prices on the menu. Their nutela filled fish wafer has barley any Nutella in it and their oreo cookie shaved ice creme doesn't have oreo cookies or a pokie stick in it as advertised. Great treats, but the staff acted immature the other day. I was driving in before your posted closing time yet the staff decides to shut off the lights as I was trying to park and run out and hid in their car in the parking lot. What kind of employees do that? Terrible.

I went there once and the taro milk tea was delicious. At first, I wasn't sure what the cashier was askin g me because it was a nw place I was trying out so I was nervous. She had asked me on the milk snow size I wanted so have that in mind when go order something. Read up online on the menu so you end up looking all confused when you order. ?
