Disappointed with drive thru service. At 8:00 pm today, I ordered a piña colada with tapioca and asked the girl I wanted coconut milk instead. She then tells me, they already started making it with regular milk. I was like I can’t drink milk. She didn’t bother to say sorry let me make it right. I guess this place is not what the customer orders but more like you get what we make even if it’s wrong!!!
Had the taro coconut with tapioca and a strawberry milk tea, both were great! Good service
Ordered a peppermint mocha lattè (hot) and it was served cold. I took it back to the counter and let the employee know that it was cold and she said she knew, she just found out that the machine wasn’t working… yet still proceeded to serve me a cold drink. She asked if I wanted anything else and I said just a refund. She told her manager and the manager had the audacity to ask me how much the drink was, I said I don’t know, I don’t work here.
