i am a winter texan and i heard they had some good boba here. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. there was a girl with piercings. her name was hailey i think. she was very rude and condescending and even threw my change at me. the boba was good at least. i was going through a rough day as it is and she didnt make it any better.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Bubbly Brew. Despite placing a simple two-drink order, I ended up waiting for 45 minutes. They prioritized customers who arrived after me, and it seemed like they were more focused on closing up shop than fulfilling my order. I had to get up before they realized they forgot about my drink. Overall, the customer service was subpar, and it left a lot to be desired.

The drinks are awesome but the opening time is too late. So please open earlier.

Don't get me wrong, the drinks are great, but the workers blast the music so freaking loud that it becomes unpleasant to actually stay inside. Wish they'd reduce the volume significantly or not play music at all because it definitely hurts my ears after a bit.

I’ve gotten boba tea here at least 5 times now within the span of a year and I’ve only ever been happy with my order when i get the brewed teas with tapioca. they have a very extensive menu that is a plus but their flavors are all EXTREMELY artificial tasting. Which makes sense since they told me that all of their milk tea flavors are powdered. Their tapioca is always WAY too tough and flavorless, their milk teas are extremely sweet and overpowering I have to order them with less sweetener to enjoy it at all. Apart from the tough boba and overpowering drinks, they have a great place and the decor and games/reading material is so great. Recently I’ve found myself stopping in purely for the atmosphere and music. I think if they put more effort in the techniques they use to prep their tapioca it would help a lot!
