Related to the product, i have to say they are really good but related to the waiting time, is way too excessive if you are waiting in your car. I have been waiting for 35 minutes (legit we have not moved a bit in 35 minutes) while people inside come and go. Same priority have to be provided to both customers inside and in the drive thru.
Overall, everythings good. I go day n night here but I do have 2 problems with this place. The car line is really not worth it. It's too long n I've waited up to 1-2 hours in the car line. If u want ur boba fast, then I consider getting out n ordering up front. I've done it. The other is, sometimes the boba is undercooked a little too much. But it's alright since I like it like that sometimes. Overall 4 stars, would give it a 4.5 tho
