Los chicharrones muy ricos
I had the bistec tacos and the chicken chipotle quesadilla. The tacos were good and great portioned for the price especially. The quesadilla was amazing, I got the sauce on the side because I don't care for a lot of sauce but the sauce tasted amazing and the chicken was delicious. Definitely will go here again when I'm in town again.

“I had an awesome experience at Calacas Tacos & Beer! The tacos were packed with flavor and tasted fresh, and the drinks paired perfectly—especially the ice-cold beer and refreshing lemonade. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, with great service that made me feel right at home. Definitely one of the best spots in Brownsville for tacos, drinks, and a good time. Highly recommend!”

I usually rave about how great this place is especially the tamarindo lemonade. However, the past several times the lemonade tastes just like regular lemonade. it also used to have the tamarindo paste on the rim and now just has trechas. It no longer has tamaundo in the drink besides the tamarindo stick. Very disappointing. The waiter today was not that helpful.
