Been coming here for years.. I went the other day, paid with a $10 bill and didn’t receive my change. The dude at the window said I had paid with a $5 bill… I did not. So he gave me my change.. not cool to try to rip people off.. person in charge definitely needs to check on that.

I just bought a dozen of chicken tamales. They were flat and flavorless.
I have bought tamales at Capistran before and they were great. Service was good and warm but not food.

I always eat cheese but the tortilla is hard and too be honest it almost cut myself with the tortilla but I still love it

This place never has breakfast tacos instead they offer u tamales. If you order the bacon and egg tacos at 8:35 am because that’s the only kind they have they send u home with a greasy ass taco and no salsa that was a few days ago. The little girl working the window is clueless and has terrible manners.Today was the same thing.
Food, service and attention are excellent. I been buying it for years and I recommend this place.

They didn't give me what I ordered over the phone and it turned out that they didn't have what I ordered and when I called they told me that they did have it, bad service.
But the one on central boulevard, has the worst Barbacoa. second time . Taste reheated, an after taste🤮. Hopefully they get a back on track. Sad, cuz it's closer to me.

Best place to get your barbacoa and carnitas. Their lunch plates are amazing! Asado de puerco is 10/10. Carne con papas, bistek ranchero, fajitas brisket, everything they have is amazing and authentic. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. WOW
