I went to have dinner this evening with my wife. We didn’t get the service we saw everyone else get and I’m assuming it’s because we weren’t drinking. Food was awful. I ordered a panini and they gave me my sandwich on Texas toast with the smallest slither of avocado and bacon. Do not recommend. Save your money.

We had 19 people with a reservation from 5 days ago. You’d think they would have been ready for us. We had to get our own menus. They substituted items they were out of without asking. Claimed they were out of lettuce, when one had a side salad, they gave her tortilla soup, however others had Cobb salads???? Then we were fed in 4 Shifts over 2-1/2 HOURS!!! Plus the birthday girl FINALLY got her meal as we were getting ready to leave AND they wanted her to pay for it. Talked to one of the owners who claimed they just took over the restaurant at midnight but that was a lie because a friend went two weeks before and they told him the same thing. All they have to do is communicate: sorry we’re short staffed, short in the kitchen, or may take a while. Sorry we’re out of that, can I interest you in something else? I’ll never go back, used to be my favorite place

We got there and we're seated and we ordered an appetizer and it took 50 minutes. Our waiter didn't know what liquor they had on the menu. After we ordered our appetizer the waiter never came back. A lady came out and said she was getting our appetizer to us as she was filling in as our waiter had left. She said she had to leave as well. Never again what poor service. Appetizer was cold and just so so.

Horrible horrible service. Never had this happen before. There were 4 of us and we had a beer but that was it. All the staff was trying to do something with the tv instead of taking our food order. We sat there for 20 minutes after our drinks were served while they all played with the tv. We left and went to Bubbas where the service and food is awesome. Don’t plan on going to Cobbleheads for a while if we ever do. Oh there were only 8 customers in there counting us. No excuses!!

The restaurant is great. The atmosphere is loud and party like. The service when we went was good, she came back every so often but probably not as much as we needed. We went around lunch time so there wasn’t no wait for a table.!The food took a while but was SO worth it. It was so delicious!
Didn't eat, but the service is pretty bad. It has a neat deck on the resaca but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The new ownership has this restaurant upside down. Everything is dirty, went the other day and they were out of all the dressings except ranch. Tried to order different foods and even steak and they were out of it. Stepmom had the fried shrimp and has been sick and in the restroom 4 times yesterday so the food and/ or prep is terrible. I have been a valued customer for over 20 years and will never go back.
