I recently dined at red lobster and the service was absolutely perfect. Our server Sarah made us feel welcome and was extremely professional. Our food however lacked. it came out dry and cold and almost all the servers looked extremely busy and the manager seemed to not care. Sarah tried to make our food better by offering something else on the menu or for them to fix what was wrong but we didn’t bother and took it to go because of how busy and overworked everyone looked.
