Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions....read full review

Whataburger is a popular destination for a delicious meal, where customers are treated like family. The restaurant is known for its top-notch service, with attentive and polite employees at the drive-thru and in-store. Orders are always correct and hot, with drinks served without being watered down. The manager actively engages with customers and employees, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Customers appreciate the quick service, clean environment, and friendly staff. Many enjoy the food, especially the whata, which is prepared exactly as ordered, with generous amounts of avocado and bacon. It is also a place where one can get a good post-gym meal. Visitors are advised to double-check their order at the counter, as mistakes can happen depending on the time of day, and the atmosphere can sometimes include crying children. Overall, Whataburger remains a favorite spot for satisfying meals and friendly service.
