“Came in after 9pm and Nicolas was the first person we saw , he let us know off the bat how he could only give us bottles which we were fine with , such a nice guy honestly , didn’t want to give us flat drinks!! Let us know he’s the manager and he’d get us whatever we needed. One of my friends wanted break sticks and he told us he’d get them out as soon as possible , just a very upfront and genuine guy truly. He was truly a one man show , it seemed like he was everywhere and doing everything. i felt for him and i appreciated how he kept his upbeat attitude the whole time we were there. He kept thanking us for being so understanding. We were leaving and he let us know he’s in college and i don’t know i love when people share details like that about themselves. We’re all juggling things and it takes a special person to handle whatever the day throws at them with stride. and he did so amazingly. “I would like to share my experience here . Just finished eating and ordered a grilled steak cheese burrito and just had a little issue with it. I spoke to the Assistant Manager, Ms. Roxy and just wanted to give her feedback on the item i ordered . I didn't want a refund or another one I just wanted to give her a heads up on the issue and she insisted on giving me another one which I accepted. Thank you so much Roxy for taking my feedback into consideration and providing the best customer service . You did not make me feel uncomfortable about me expressing myself. “I recommend señor shnacks, try the corn in the cup instead of cheese put crushed hot cheetos on top get the large one or you'll go back for another one ,happened to me. Snacks are delicious ,lots of customers guessing that's why they take awhile to prepare the snacks . “What can be said?... after TWO failed attempts at getting Church's chikin (typo is on purpose) on TWO separate franchise locations, within the SAME CITY, after wasting 30 minutes and FUEL, ON THE SAME NIGHT. .... i had practically lost my appetite and affinity for the fowl (and i do mean FOUL)., decided to stop at where i SHOULD have gone in the 1RST PLACE. Subway, eat fresh ?. Not only was the locale impeccable, (the cleanest place and most inviting, i have been to in a dog's age) The two young ladies hard at work, greeted yours truly from the moment i set foot thru the door. Were not only ATTENTIVE, but also patient, while i perused the extensive menu choices. Having made my choices, 6" roast beef with all the trimmings and a foot long spicy Italian, one of the young ladies prepared my order in a immaculate fashion as to make this humble patron proud of once having had the pleasure of being behind said counter. They are truly worthy of upgraded compensation. For they have renewed my convictions, that TRUE and GENUINE customer service has not been lost to the sands of time.p.s. the cookies were delicious ?
