“Took forever to get in line in the drive thru I asked for a family pack n ask for a few sauce at the drive thru speaker then I asked when I got my meal n they said yes sir theyre in there but I got home near the zoo.... No sauce had to go back to complain mind the wait just to get into McDonald's again and the gas and time just to b offered a free fry.... U lied to me n want to shut me up with a small fry???? I spoke to the Assistant Manager, Ms. Roxy and just wanted to give her feedback on the item i ordered . I didn't want a refund or another one I just wanted to give her a heads up on the issue and she insisted on giving me another one which I accepted. “What can be said?... after TWO failed attempts at getting Church's chikin (typo is on purpose) on TWO separate franchise locations, within the SAME CITY, after wasting 30 minutes and FUEL, ON THE SAME NIGHT. .... i had practically lost my appetite and affinity for the fowl (and i do mean FOUL)., decided to stop at where i SHOULD have gone in the 1RST PLACE. Subway, eat fresh ?. Not only was the locale impeccable, (the cleanest place and most inviting, i have been to in a dog's age) The two young ladies hard at work, greeted yours truly from the moment i set foot thru the door. Were not only ATTENTIVE, but also patient, while i perused the extensive menu choices. Having made my choices, 6" roast beef with all the trimmings and a foot long spicy Italian, one of the young ladies prepared my order in a immaculate fashion as to make this humble patron proud of once having had the pleasure of being behind said counter. They are truly worthy of upgraded compensation. For they have renewed my convictions, that TRUE and GENUINE customer service has not been lost to the sands of time.p.s. the cookies were delicious ?
