“Una Noche de Magia Gastronómica en Chilmoli Restaurant No todas las cenas comienzan con un giro inesperado: una cita cancelada por emergencia puede dejar a cualquiera en incertidumbre. Pero en mi caso, se convirtió en una experiencia única y transformadora en Chilmoli Restaurant, donde la soledad encontró sabor, arte y calidez. Desde el momento en que probé su nueva creación —empanadas de chicharrón en salsa verde, acompañadas de chimichurri y una salsa verde perfectamente picante— supe que esta noche iba a ser memorable. El equilibrio entre tradición y audacia es un sello evidente del Chef Rafael, quien eleva cada platillo a una obra de arte, demostrando una pasión culinaria que se saborea con cada bocado. La mezcalita de jamaica refrescó con un toque floral y misterioso, mientras que la ensalada de betabel, que en otros tiempos hubiera evitado, sorprendió por su elegancia y el juego armónico de ingredientes. Jamás pensé que el betabel pudiera seducirme así —solo en Chilmoli. El equipo de Chilmoli no se queda atrás. Ale Zamarron y la Gerente Tere me brindaron una atención tan cálida como personalizada. Tere, en particular, cerró mi noche con un gesto y sonrisa que no se encuentran en manuales de servicio, sino en corazones genuinos. El gran final: Tuétano con tacos de ribeye. El ribeye, cocido a la perfección, jugoso y tiernamente sazonado, coronó una velada digna de ser contada. El tuétano aportó profundidad y lujo al plato, como un poema escrito en grasa dorada. Chilmoli no es solo un restaurante. Es una afirmación de que todos merecemos momentos que nos recuerden lo especiales que somos. Después de un día agotador, uno sale con la certeza de que no solo alimentó el cuerpo —también el alma. Gracias, Gerente Tere y Ale y todo el equipo, por convertir lo ordinario en extraordinario. Que este espacio siga brillando y prosperando.“

“Well stopped by to eat here because we were dropping off dry cleaning near by. My wife and I had never heard of this place. We’re glad we got down to try it. This establishment didn’t disappoint. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and hot. And the coffee was strong and hot! It was busy, but the food didn’t take long to get to us. We’ll definitely be back to bring our kids to eat here!“

“The tortillas was very hot just coming from The factory hehehhe... The price is around the same of the store 1.50 but the quality is great! And softness of the tortillas is awesome ! Now cleaness from the inside is alright but outside needs a bit more“

“Small humble looking restaurant but once inside you can tell this is authentic. Service was great, I was greeted immediately and a waitress brought coffee and a menu to me.I ordered the breakfast special "Chilaquilles with chicken, beans, and fried potatoes."It was only $5.99 !!!! Whaaat??? Yes only $5.99I added an over easy egg for a dollar more because gotta have that egg yolk smothered on top of the Chilaquilles along with the queso fresco and crema.The spicy red salsa was awesome and had just enough kick to go with the delicious meal.For the quality, price and service I give this place 5 stars!!!“

“I like that the menu is simple and the tacos were pretty tasty and i tried them alone and they had really good flavor, i then added the cabage and salsa and they were delicious. The meat on the tacos is not alot but the flavors made up for it. The salsa and onion tasted really good too.The lemonade was freshly made and was good. The Prices are reasonable and the service was good and fast.

“Given the amount of cars in the parking lot on a Sunday after church, we genuinely thought it was going to be a bit more crowded than it actually was. My family of 6 was immediately seated and presented menus. Drinks and plates were brought out in less than 15 minutes. I wonder if it was timing or simply that they have an efficient staff, either way D' Tony's did not disappoint. The food was on par with other local Mexican restaurants. Nothing stood out as being better but it was good overall.“
