“To start off, you pick your own seating. The waitreses were nice and attentive.I had the enchiladas with carne guisada plate! This is my go-to plate at mexican restaurants. I got my plate fairly quick. The enchiladas had good flavor, and the tortilla was soft. The carne guisada had a good flavor. Once I was finished, they offered me a complimentary dessert, but I was already full ? overall great experience!! ?“

“It was good for some basic Mexican food. We had the tacos al pastor.. which came with just onion and cilantro.. no pineapple ..double corn tortillas, and it was better with the green salsa. Also, Had a caldo de res..there's only one size, and it's huge, so make sure you have enough hunger to finish it, or you can always ask for a to-go cup..which we did. It was also okay. I had the milanesa de Res, which didn't come with any tortillas, and it was flat and hardly breaded. I had to put a lot of salt and sauce because it barely had flavor. But the service was good. Waitress was very attentive, and the price was alright for 4 plates.. will try again for breakfast. Lunch was meh.“

“We had a young man helping us. He was green but got an A for effort. He was really trying and we could see that. The food was good. The beer was cold. Awesome. Overall I enjoyed my 1st time there. I'll be going back GW. Prices were reasonable as well.“

“One of the best places to eat in Brownsville. The food is always hot and delicious and never takes as long to arrive as in other places. The atmosphere is very comfortable, you feel comfortable being yourself and being a Mexican. The servers are the most polite and hard-working I have ever seen. I want to thank Jesus, who is always looking out for his customers and always looking to provide them with good food. I recommend it“
