“Carmelita’s Restaurant in Pharr is greatly recommended! The restaurant is very clean, waitstaff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs. The food is fresh and made to order! We ordered mixed botanas, which were generously served! The owner went above and beyond to help my husband and I plan my mother in laws 80th birthday celebration! This location closes at 3pm Monday through Saturday, however private celebrations can be planned for the evening. Sits about 65 people comfortably. Give them a call or visit the restaurant to plan your next amazing fiesta! They take care of everything! Just take your cake and any extras!“
