Carmelita’s Restaurant in Pharr is greatly recommended! The restaurant is very clean, waitstaff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs. The food is fresh and made to order! We ordered mixed botanas, which were generously served! The owner went above and beyond to help my husband and I plan my mother in laws 80th birthday celebration!
