“Carmelita’s Restaurant in Pharr is greatly recommended! The restaurant is very clean, waitstaff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs. The food is fresh and made to order! We ordered mixed botanas, which were generously served! The owner went above and beyond to help my husband and I plan my mother in laws 80th birthday celebration! This location closes at 3pm Monday through Saturday, however private celebrations can be planned for the evening. Sits about 65 people comfortably. Give them a call or visit the restaurant to plan your next amazing fiesta! They take care of everything! Just take your cake and any extras!“

“Just had a fantastic dinner at Elite Cuisine in Pharr, and I'm already planning my next visit! My husband and I stopped by for dinner on May 26th, and we were thoroughly impressed. The restaurant offers a casual and clean environment with nice decor, making it a comfortable spot for a relaxed meal. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish. For my main course, I ordered the fajita plate, which came with fresh French fries, rice, and beans. Not only was the food presentation very good, but the taste was even better. Everything was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. And the best part? The plate was a steal at just $14.95! Overall, our experience at Elite Cuisine was great. The combination of excellent food, attentive service, a pleasant atmosphere, and an unbeatable price makes it a definite must-try. I would definitely go back.“

“The food is really great i had puerco con chile verde and desebrada en rojo they are my best i didn’t like the chicharron that much. The restrooms are clean the place is clean smells really good on the diner. The place was empty i was the only one at the time the chairs were a little disorganized but the tables were clean.. i give it a 4 star because the staff never greeted me they were always on the back of the kitchen talking (comadriando-chismiando) food is so awesome wish they would work on costumer service“

“Fui a "La Tortería" buscando una comida deliciosa y me encontré con una experiencia fantástica. La Torta de Fajita: ¡Un Placer! Pedí la Torta de Fajita y superó mis expectativas. El sabor de la carne es excelente, jugosa y bien sazonada. El pan estaba fresco y crujiente, y el tamaño de la torta es muy generoso, perfecto para quedar satisfecho. Realmente se nota la calidad en cada ingrediente. Servicio Inigualable Quiero hacer una mención especial a Emilio, quien nos atendió. Fue excepcional: muy atento, rápido y con una gran actitud. Hizo que nuestra visita fuera aún más placentera. ¡Un servicio de primera! “We stop at Taqueria La Herradura every single time we visit the Valley. I’m from Fort Worth, but my wife was born here and still has family in the area, so this has become one of our regular stops whenever we’re in town.
The food is always good. If you’re in the area and looking for some delicious food, this place is definitely worth checking out!“

“Today, we had the chance to try out this restaurant, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The place was very clean and quiet,almost too quiet. A little background music would help create a better atmosphere and avoid awkward silence. The food was great, but one thing I didn’t like was receiving my meal in separate parts at different times. The beans lacked flavor and salt, and both mine and my husband’s servings were more liquid than beans. Additionally, the waiter never came to check if we needed anything, which would have improved our experience. I hope these small things can be adjusted in the future because the restaurant has a lot of potential. Wishing your business the best!“

“First experience went thru drive thru food was delicious and hot the cashier had excellent customer service. Second time went inside the restrooms were very clean our order was hot and delicious we had the bistek papa omg it was huge we ordered the bistec tacos sincronizada, tacos de birria the portion was perfect!!!
