“We were hard-pressed to find anywhere open for a quick breakfast—just wanted some fresh donuts or breakfast tacos. We stumbled on Laredo Taco Company inside a Stripes convenience store, which I usually skip back home, but I’m glad we gave it a shot. The breakfast tacos were big, tasty, and hit the spot perfectly!“
