We stumbled on Laredo Taco Company inside a Stripes convenience store, which I usually skip back home, but I’m glad we gave it a shot. “my girlfriend treated me out to eat today and we decided to eat here since it was close by to where we're at and believe me it was a great choice she made the food was amazing the lemonade was delicious reminded me of eating in Mexico I was in heaven the food was so delicious the environment was so beautiful the restaurant was decorated so beautifully I loved it thank you bestie for a delicious lunch date I also tried tripa for the first time and flan 🍮 and cucumber and it was amazing food“

“I noticed the to-go plates have gotten smaller. Smaller portions. Carne Guisada lately has too much fat and less beef, it still tastes good though. The rice has lost some flavor along with the beans. Not sure if there have been changes to the recipes.“
