“The women who bought this ( The old Cap’n Roy’s) have done a tremendous job of improving an old and established favorite. The food is better than ever, the atmosphere is freshened up and the service is better than ever. The menu is varied and the prices are not elevated to the moon like some other establishments on the island. Quality, service, delicious and value are spoken here. Great place to take the family or friends for a reasonable savory dinner. Highly recommended!“
“We dined at F&B for my birthday dinner and we were so impressed with the waitstaff, food, and atmosphere. Our waiter, Steven, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, help us select the perfect dishes, and give us recommendations for our trip to SPI. Every dish we had was amazing. “We had the 2 meat (we chose brisket and pulled pork) and 2 sides (we chose Mac & cheese and coleslaw). Everything was perfectly delicious. It came with onions, jalapeños and pickles plus 2 slices of bread. We were impressed and will definitely be back!“
“The building is nice and clean, even the restroom. I got a two scoop waffle cone. They only serve blue bell ice cream which is nothing special but ok on a hot day. I wish they had a better ice cream brand option though. We ate at the picnic tables in front. It's a nice place to eat a treat.“

“Nice location. It's an older hotel but is clean and well managed. They have a bar and grill that you can utilize while swimming in their heated pool. It's a great place, and no kids running around adds to the peace for empty nesters on vacation.Food & drinks: Great prices for happy hour!“

The jalapeño hush puppies weren't bad, but I would like more of the jalapeño flavor to pop.The Chicken Rockefeller with grilled zucchini and potato is also very good.Would highly recommend this place for a date night and walk on the beach after.“

“This place is so great. There’s an older lady who works here…not sure her name but she is the sweetest last I’ve ever met. Service is great, food is amazing and so fresh and it’s right on the ocean so the atmosphere couldn’t get any better. Plenty of seating too. Cashier is also super fast at cutting the line quick. 10/10 would recommend.“
