“Had a great day on a guided fishing trip out of Parrot Eye with Captain Paul Rodriguez. Came back in for lunch and had some of our freshly caught fish cooked. We had the blackened fish tacos and blackened fish enchiladas my favorite. This is my third trip and it never disappoints.“

“Best way to end our stay in south padre was with some great food, I’m a big fan of French toast. Needless to say I’m going to tell everybody about the French toast. It was so good and I will be coming back here when I’m in South Padre.“

“Best hotel we have ever stayed at! They text you every single day to remind you of happy hour deals, they have amazing breakfast, the most helpful staff & housekeepers, their restaurant is yummyyy, they have such a beautiful boardwalk to the beach & a very convenient little shower to wash your feet off. I couldn’t recommend La Copa more. We stayed for 6 days and we are already home sick for SPI and our favorite hotel on the island. We will never book anywhere else!“
