Wow! Did we just have the most delicious Sunday brunch at the Holiday Inn Resort! Chef Alex Lopez from the Azul Ocean Grill & Spirits inside the Holiday Inn Resort South Padre Island, Texas really goes all out in bringing a wonderful variety of items to choose from! Visited in mid-December on a Sunday evening, so we were the only ones there. I had the grilled snapper which comes with one side for $35. It was one of those market price things and I didn't ask, but wasn't expecting a whole fish. This was a treat! Seemed pretty resaonable for a restaurant in a hotel.
