“Had to stop by the local UPS store and just happened across this restaurant. Well, I’m always looking for seafood restaurants here in the RGV that has a leaning towards octopus. Sadly, this one did not… But it did have the best onion rings. I’ve probably had in the RGV moving here two years ago. The water which was complementary was served a very large glass. I was there on a Tuesday so I had the fish special which was baked and flaky. I will return to this location and feast again one day soon. I highly recommend.“

“I did not catch any names but these workers were great i have been to a lot of places that make the worse food before closing but the meals i got for my family was exceptional everything had great seasoning perfect crispy to juicy taste and most importantly perfect fries and hushpuppies.“

“We had heard about this place that they have very good seafood and with my craving for fresh fried fish that I haven't been satisfied anywhere here in the mid-valley, so we stopped there and found out.... and boy did it satisfy it. Now I took off one star cuz the environment needs a little fixing. A lil facelift here and there and it will look classy to go wit the meals. Their presentation of the food was impressive.“

“I keep going to this restaurant because I really enjoy the variety of food and it's also good tasting. What I don't like is the wait staff. The workers always forget to bring the tortillas, crackers, spoons, when the food is served and I always have to ask for refills for the drinks. I have yet to go and get quality service from the wait staff. I am not a cheapskate, but I tip according to the service. Maybe these workers don't have to depend on the tips hence the bad service?“

“Sabor De Acayucan is a hidden gem in San Juan. The setup is really unique—a quaint collection of food trucks sharing a garage space, which gives it a fun and laid-back vibe.
The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic Mexican flavor. We tried a little bit of everything, including the huarache de cecina and sopes, and every bite was amazing. You can really taste the freshness and tradition in each dish.
The aguas frescas were refreshing and flavorful, the perfect complement to the meal. If you’re looking for authentic Veracruz cuisine in a casual and welcoming setting, this spot is a must-try. Definitely a five-star experience!“
