I keep going to this restaurant because I really enjoy the variety of food and it's also good tasting. What I don't like is the wait staff. The workers always forget to bring the tortillas, crackers, spoons, when the food is served and I always have to ask for refills for the drinks. I have yet to go and get quality service from the wait staff. I am not a cheapskate, but I tip according to the service. Maybe these workers don't have to depend on the tips hence the bad service?
Food is delicious…bad experience with a waitress that wouldn’t split out checks, why? Gratuity!!! She could of gotten more tip $ if she would of split our checks…also they don’t provide an itemized receipt…calculated what we should of been charged there were $50 worth of food missing…gratuity? Who knows…DOUBLE CHECK…ask for itemized receipt…MUCHO OJO…🤯
