“I went in for lunch. This place is very clean. All staff were very friendly. There are plenty of food items to choose from such as seafood, anerican & mexican. I decided to try their chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes & vegetables. The plating looked very appealing. The food was warm and very delicious. I feel that they have a professional chef in the kitchen because I was not expecting the high quality of the food presentation & taste. The only thing this place is missing is YOU as their customer. You will be happy that you stopped here. I can't wait to dine here again .“

“OMG! They had the best ox tail soup I have ever eaten! The meat was cooked to perfection and the broth was amazing. After raving about the soup they gave us a sample of cabrito and mole, we were beyond words. It's a husband-wife team and they can cook and the waitresses are super friendly. “My daughter and I tried Mexican Restaurant Doña Paz in Weslaco for the 1st time & it was so good! The fajitas are tender, juicy and full of flavor. The rice was moist and flavorful. The beans are good. The cheese enchiladas are light and cheesy. I can't wait to come back and try other plates. The staff are super nice and friendly.“

This place was immaculate.
Food was so delicious I should have ordered more to bring back to Oklahoma with me. 😔. We ordered a plate that had 3 tacos full i mean full of meat. The plate also came with 2 lonches Mexico style, also full of meat and it was so soft the rite portion of seasoning the rite portion of cabbage, avacado and cheese. My mouth is getting watery . Anyways service was the BOMB the young man that attended us was the nicest I've met in a long time, he joked around with us he made us especially me feel rite at home. I would recommend people to go eat their. I can't show pictures because it looked so good I had to dig rite in. Jk here are the tacos at least“
“The environment is pretty grim as the owner and employees seem to only be there to do their job and make a buck. Dont expect a jolly welcoming place, but the tortillas are the best corn tortillas that I can find this side of the Rio Grande River here in the valley.“

I got the trompo tacos, and I didn’t like the flavor of those so I won’t get that again, but the bistek tacos were good. My combo came with the potato & it was perfect. I would come here again, and it might be my new taco spot.“

He unexpectedly walked over to inquire which tacos I wanted and brought them to me when they were ready. 5 bistek con queso 5 pastor. 19 bucks. A little too greasy and need a lil more seasoning but the flavor is there. Would visit again.“

“We came down to the valley to visit family and while in the area I noticed a small restaurant with an almost 5⭐️ rating and I had to check it out. And they did not fail!! The food was amazing and their salsa was delicious. It is family owned and the family is so friendly and inviting. Best food I've had down here so far!! This is a new stop for us from now on.“
