Recommendable. One of my favorites.For some people it is strange to eat Mexican food in the United States. For me it is not, and Ricardo's takes me back to the days when my mother served me breakfast, generous portions of food like I would have at home, always hot at the table, tortillas (corn and flour) coffee, which more can one ask for.Attached photo of my breakfast, qualifies for gluttons. I don't frequent Ricardos often but when I do, I am very satisfied. The cooks at the made-to-order omelette station make the best eggs! The fruit is always fresh and oh so sweet (my favorite is the Papaya).

Everything delicious and very clean, the best restaurant in Brownsville and the Texas Valley. I highly recommend it, especially its buffet served by chef Ricardo, excellent service from all its attentive staff, delicious Mexican and Latin American food.
