“I had the Mexican supreme it was very good with plenty of food. I rate it at 4/5, the enchiladas were perfect, I added a small amount of salt to the rice. The tostada was soft due to being placed directly on the rice. If I order this meal next time I'll request for the tostada to be set on another plate to maintain its crispiness. The total was $24.47“

“I love this place. My family moved to south Texas and we have eaten at just about every single restaurant here, including the ones that are hyped up on social media. There is not a single place that has better food than here, you can taste the difference. This lady cooks with love and the portions for the price are insane. This place will forever be our favorite spot in south Texas.“

“Orders are by phone only and no open seating. Still have very tasty chile rellenos. Very appreciative of the owner very pleasant. I would love to be able to dine in again but its perfect to pick up and take to work or home if not working. Hours are I think 7am to 1pm so short time frame if hungry best for breakfast or lunch. I did not take photo.“

“I just had breakfast at this little place, I just saw that it was close. It was very good breakfast was perfect and the home made tortillas were awesome. I also love a good cup of coffee. They have specials every day! It's to bad they don't have a military discount but I still had a full breakfast with coffee for under Ten dollars you can't bet that. Over all great place and I will be back.“

“Spank me delish!! Place was killn it!! Fast friendly service, yum grub; they even had mamalahas....so good!! Only bummer was the music, super loud and our teeth was chattering n our eardrums pulsating. Food came out fast, they weren't stingy either. Was there around 8ish pm, wasn't to crowded n smooth positive vibes. Enjoy, bring ear plugs!!!“

“1000% yes! I'm not really a red meat eater but I do eat carne picada/molida. The first time we went to eat I asked if they could make carne picada tacos and cookie said "yes of course". My family and myself have been going ever since! Cookie and her staff are the BEST and their tacos, frijoles and the agua de melon NEVER disappoint! We always feel welcomed like family! Thank you Cookie! ❤️😊“

“It feels like family when we're there. Never disappointed. Food is awesome; the ladies and Jerry and Elias are super. The owner Willie is present and I love that he goes around greeting everyone. They are always so friendly and kind to all and they have a positive attitude which makes the atmosphere there welcoming. We tell all our friends about this place.

This is a little hidden Gem a little ho-jo in the wall great breakfast decent prices, good food, I yet have to try other dishes. Staff was very friendly. “This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the valley. Everything is taste and the prices are not high. We got an agua de horchata and an agua de melón. We got nichos with cheese and steak as an apetizer. The. We got a torta and a hige chicken taco which name I cannot remember. We were also served charro beans in the beginning. Everything came out to forty something dollars. Everything taste good including the drinks. What I also like is that they close until 10pm and they only close Sundays. When ever I go pick up my sister and brother in lawn at the harlingen airport we go eat st Taqueria Jalisco.“

“We had a great experience here! The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and some of the best we’ve had. Everything came out hot, and the service was quick.
A special thank you to our waitress, Zenaida. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She checked on us throughout our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. Her excellent customer service made our visit even better.

“I highly recommend this place to eat. The brisket is so flavorful and fresh. We order the botana for 2, it could feed 3-4. We had nothing to take in a to go box! The drinks are also good and they have AWESOME sweet tea. I wish I found this place sooner.“
