During a day trip to Harlingen we stopped in this little restaurant for breakfast. It doesn't have a very extensive menu, but the upside is a super friendly staff and great food! Seems to be a family business, very informal. We requested a business card which referred to the place as the Pastry House. I love authentic Texas southern border Mexican food and City Coffee Shop did not disappoint. Tortillas were homemade and delicious. Cooked salsa was off the charts yummy. Tacos were so big we definitely had leftovers. I definitely recommend this place! Closed Tuesday.

Norma owner of this place made it happen in so little time. I placed my 1st order late and she came through. I will for ever be coming here. My step son loved his Jurassic Park cake. ❤️
