My family and I have gone to Panchito's many times. In fact we discovered them during Covid which was a blessing with their specials. Since then, we try to get food from there as much as possible. Today was no different! Nothing beats calebaza con pollo and conchas con carne, and a botana for 4! To Jeanie and her staff at Panchito's You have managed to become the BEST part about Harlingen. Through overcoming what Covid through at you, to reopening with limited staff, pushing through what life throws at you, the economy and it rising prices and now to your sister battling cancer(and she will persevere).
