Leo's Taqueria Harlingen is a great place to eat or take out. The food is awesome, delicious, and always on point, with the Al pastor and papas always hitting the mark. The tacos are ALWAYS stuffed, and the lunch combo with 4 tacos, a baked potato, and drink is reasonably priced. Service is amazing, with servers like Megan, Kate, and Emily being very helpful and having great attitudes. The building is a small building, and seating arrangements are too small for fluffy folks. The owner needs to turn on the a/c, as it was too hot inside. Despite this, the restaurant never disappoints.
