Rosy's Snowcones delivered an exceptional experience from the moment I arrived. I ordered a mangonada, corn in a cup, and tostadas, and each item was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The mangonada had the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors, the corn in a cup was delicious and satisfying, and the tostadas were crisp, fresh, and generously topped.
