Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions....read full review

Whataburger is a reliable spot for burgers, but some visits may be inconsistent. The customer service is the best and everyone is friendly. The burgers are usually delicious and always hot and fresh. Orders are occasionally incorrect, but the staff is willing to correct mistakes. The speed of service is the best and the line keeps moving. This is the best Whataburger in town. The restaurant could improve its exterior by adding more plants, trees, and seating areas.
