I would like to share my experience here . Just finished eating and ordered a grilled steak cheese burrito and just had a little issue with it. I spoke to the Assistant Manager, Ms. Roxy and just wanted to give her feedback on the item i ordered . I didn't want a refund or another one I just wanted to give her a heads up on the issue and she insisted on giving me another one which I accepted.
