**The Pizzería**
The Pizzería offers the best pizza in the valley, with a thin crust that is stretched and tossed like a pro. The pizza, sauces, and cheeses are very delicious, and the flavors are well balanced. It is also the best value in Brownsville, with a large pizza with extra pepperoni and a large caesar salad for $16, and really good lunch specials. However, some customers have noted issues. The young man who makes the pizza has never worn anything on his head as required, and another younger man also was not wearing anything on his head, while the two young ladies were wearing hair nets. Something has changed with the cheese, and some pizzas have been poorly made and tasteless, with too much garlic on the Margherita pizza, hard and soggy crusts, and requests for extra tomato sauce not followed. Despite this, the restaurant has wonderful customer recovery, making it once again the Pizzeria to take family to when they visit.
