The bad thing is this is the second time I have a short girl there take orders thru window n is very rude, either she's pissed at the world or just doesn't like her job, they need to put her I. the back, where we don't see jetas!Jesus!! Now the boy that charges, he's a different story, always so nice, very friendly , I just don't understand why they put rude people to take orders, you go there hungry n happy cuz you're getting Pollo Loco n you are welcome with someones crap. put someone that really wants to work in drive thru orders, n the ones with attitude at HOME!!!!!“

“They need to bring back the lemons for the teas. All other Chick fil A restaurants in the RGV have them except Brownsville. That’s my only complaint.“
